Millstead Oaks is a 56-lot residential subdivision in Christchurch including two roads vested in council’s, two right-of-ways, a naturalised open channel drain and a grassed first flush basin.
Procerto was engaged as consulting engineer to provide a complete civil engineering solution including earthworks, three-waters infrastructure and roading design, drawings and reports, coordination, construction monitoring, shallow geotechnical investigations, and reports, and surveying services.
The challenging works include urbanisation of the existing road, spring mitigation and stream naturalisation across the site.
